We process orders promptly so your order may be delivered to you as quickly as possible.
The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS, within 48 hours after being placed. In rare cases of inventory shortages, you will be sent an email, with information informing you of an estimated shipping date.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order you must contact us immediately, by calling, or send an email using our Contact Form. Please note, you will receive a return email confirmation when your order is placed.
If you do not receive a confirmation, please call us at (877) 209-4427 and speak with a Customer Service Representative during our normal business hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.
If your order has already been shipped and/or received, you may still request a refund – we guarantee satisfaction!
Returns & Refunds
All returnable product must have prior approval and be sent, freight prepaid, to our warehouse. Returns must be received by us within 30 days of date of purchase and product should be in unused and original condition.
Upon receipt of a returned product, we will inspect the product, and issue you a full refund, (less all shipping costs), or we may contact you with additional information regarding your return.
Please include the reason why you do not want the product – please be honest because this will help us improve our products in the future.
Please note that damaged or defective product can be replaced, free of charge, by contacting CleanBreak within (5) business days of receipt of merchandise.
If your order arrived via motor freight (LTL), you must inspect the shipment, and note any damage, before signing the delivery Bill of Lading for us to file a claim with any LTL carrier. We ask that you retain original damaged boxes for inspection and claim purposes whenever possible.
We also appreciate any pictures of damaged products received. To provide damaged product photos, please call us at (877) 209-4427, we will send you an email that you can reply to and attach images.
